    we had a high standard of packing requirement, and can serve you a professional OEM packing service in roll box: your printing label or print your logo onto box directly.
  • All our exporting products are packed using standard exporting carton- Special white box. Our white box is much stronger than normal brown box, We do not use any adhesive tape to seal the box. we use a special adhesive, meanwhile it has a good image for sales.   • We used selected materials to pack your goods, there is no need to worry about the damage during transportation.

  • Free Samples

  • We offer samples for our customers who would like to review our product quality before committing to any purchase. Our sample will be an A4 size or roll sizes (0.61mx3m) selection of each of our inkjet meida types.This is a great option for new clients who are not familiar with our products. If you would like a customized sample package, please don't hesitate to contact us with your specific requirements. The samples are provided free of charge.
  • We do charge for shipping. If you would like us to send the samples through your DHL, TNT or FedEx account please advise us. If you do not have an account with those shippers, please supply your credit/debit card details so that we may charge you only for the shipping costs.
  • To make sure we ship you the correct canvas sample, please let us know if you use either dye or pigment inks, so we can send you the correct “Media for dye and pigment ink series” for your test prints. If you use Eco-Solvent or Solvent ink printers, you should select "Media for Solvent ink series". Please let us know exactly what samples you require.
  • How to resolve when products are found to be faulty

    Every roll are 100% inspected before packing in my factory. Every batch of products had corresponding production numbers, once there will be a complain, we could response and check it immediately.

    Definitely speaking, once complain comes out, we handle like this:

  • We request you offer goods dispatch you receive, and other proofs, like goods picture etc;
  • After receipt your goods dispatch, then we will compare with our counter samples recorded from our production dept.
  • After confirmation the quality the same or not, then advice you reasons.
  • Offer complain solutions:

  • supplement extra quantity goods in free by sea shipment or in next order;
  • discount in next order
